FAQ

Q - Are you insured?
A - Yes, we are fully insured.
Q - do you use qualified professionals?
A - Yes, all our employees are IRATA registered rope access technicians
Q - How do you set up the ropes?
A - There are multiple way off setting up the ropes for rope access. Typically we use a catapult to launch over a weighted bag with a 2mm nylon cord attached. We then attach the Nylon cord to a semi dynamic industrial climbing rope which is then pulled over the property. If there is a Skylight or roof hatch, we can use this as a means of accessing the roof where either ends of the rope will be deployed down each side of the house.
Q - What do you attach the rope to?
A - We use a dead weight trolley with 200kg of weight which acts as a counter balance for the technician.
Q - Do you require payment upfront?
A - No. All payments are to be made on completion of the works.
